Dr. Noah Salameh – Director
Noah has been serving as CCRR’s Director since 1999. He received his Master’s Degree in International Peace Studies from Notre Dame Univer­sity in 1994, and his Ph.D. from George Mason and Cairo Universities. Upon returning to Palestine, he began campaigning for an alternative, non-violent approach to conflict resolution. Working for various Palestinian and international organisations as a conflict resolution trainer for several years, he succeeded in building a network of people committed to new approaches for non-violent conflict resolution.

Sahar Qashqish – Accountant and Program Coordinator
Sahar graduated from Palestine Polytechnic University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering.  She became one of the full time workers of CCRR in 2010. She has previously worked as a teacher and research assistant in Al-quds University.

Sana Radwan – Program Coordinator
Sana Radwan is a physiotherapist and joined CCRR in 2004. Previously, Sana volunteered at the IBDA'A youth club in Deheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem. She is an experienced coordinator and has participated in non-violent resistance against the Israeli occupation throughout her life.

Haneen Shaheen – Office administrator, translator
Haneen graduated from Bethlehem University in English literature and translation. She has been working with CCRR since September 2009 as office administrator and is applying her translation skills (Arabic-English) in various CCRR publications. Currently she is in the process of completing her Master’s degree, while continuing to assist CCRR in all aspects of the daily NGO business.

Susanne Luise Baberg – DED advisor
Susanne has been seconded by the German Development Service to work as an advisor with CCRR since March 2010. Her main responsibility is to support, monitor and evaluate the Interfaith project but also to assist in developing new projects and different aspects of organizational development. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. Additional qualifications include methods of civil conflict transformation, trauma counseling and consulting. Previous work experiences include conducting trainings in conflict transformation, program development in the health sector, organizational development, Adult Mental Health as well as the participation in a human rights volunteer programme.
