In 2003 and 2004 CCRR managed to build on the previous experiences with
the Young Negotiators program, securing further funding from the German
"Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit" (gtz) and the American
Consulate. CCRR issued a detailed evaluation of the program that is
available on request.
