The social workers of the schools are a third target group of the
project. Almost every school employs a social worker who acts as school
counselor to teachers and classes, and also offers individual counseling
for students upon need. Similarly to the teachers, the social workers
act as role models, have vast influence on the students and are
therefore multipliers. Obviously they will also benefit personally from
the training and act differently within their own families. Through the
training they first receive and then pass on
The proposed project will last 14 months and will take place in 31
schools, hoping to enlarge the number of schools in the coming years.
The program suppose to begin in November 1st /2006
