On
15 October 2008, CCRR
visited two different schools in both Yata and
Dora which were
Roq'a Girls School and
Kharsa Boys School .
For Roq'a School
The number of the teachers who attended
the training was big , and they were all interested about the
subjects they discussed (which is about listening and conflict).
The principle of the school attended the workshop and she
participated in the activities with the school teachers and they
enjoy it.
CCRR interviewed
two teachers: both like the trainer style in giving the information,
she gave them space to express themselves and their feelings. And
she used the drama to explain the conflict, listening, negotiation
and other subjects.
The relations between the teachers
themselves become stronger and they now know each others more and
feeling with each others specially that in that workshop they
started to talk about their personal feeling and their private
experiences they have.
